does anyone get the felling like when they go out then you just disassociate so much that you can't even enjoy what you or doing or what's going on and all you think about is getting out of there to a safe place. I really need some advice on how to calm down or help me be present

      I feel you. What I do in these situations is bring my attention to my palms and squeeze hard. Focusing as much attention as you can to one area and grounding in some form. It's no cure but it helps just taking a minute and you can do it immediately.
