Differences between Autism and ADHD Traits

There’s a very high co occurrence rate so it’s very possible you have both. Main signs of autism that aren’t adhd are not understanding social cues versus being distracted or missing things from attention, rigid thinking or rule following, ocd or other conditions, strict behaviors or routines or intense interests, not noticing why you’ve upset someone or why they are how they are etc. Most of the other symptoms of either adhd or autism overlap so these were the best I could think of. Autistic ppl also sometimes have problems with hyper mobility or other co occurring conditions which does happen in adhd too but more frequently in autism or both.
