That's such a horrible feeling, I can only say it will hurt less with time. Try not force the issue, I kept trying to make contact and it forced him further away, this just hurt me more. Try doing something nice for yourself or keep busy to pass the time. Take care x

Its ok! The things I would do would be to either try slowly and softly, or I would get my mind off of that topic and do some stuff I love.
