I've been dealing with my depression and anxiety for a while but lately it's been getting really hard and suicidal thoughts are constantly on my mind I take medicine for it but idk

      @AstraPenn pray, exercise, check your magnesium level. Do gardening be around good people. Join a group. And know that the world is a better place with you in it.

      when i feel suicidal i immediately call someone and ask to be around them. if i don’t have anyone i will go to the grocery store and just walk around. i would say immediately surround yourself with other people

      Ill do try it out it's hard to be around new people and stuff but I'm done to at least try thank you

      I have a suggestion if you’re interested. I like to do gratitude list start with 5 and why your grateful for it or a good memory of the person (add 5 every other week or keep it at 5 your choice.) You can send them to me if you like and I’ll send you mine. I’m takes only a few moments and I notice really shifts my mindset
