I haven’t been diagnosed by a doctor but I know I have depression and sometimes suicidal thoughts. What is a way that I can find help?

Hi. Great job for reaching out. I know it's not easy to ask for help. I have been in your shoes. My first suggestion is to talk to your doctor. They can help you with no judgment. They can check your levels and see if any supplements would help, prescribe medicine, or even give natural suggestions. Also, a therapist would be of good help. They will listen to you and can offer suggestions. If you have someone you trust, talk to them. Isolation can worsen depression. Letting it out can be a good release. As you will read from others, know that sometimes people we are closest to may not understand what we are going through and might not give helpful feedback. Don't let that discourage you. You are not alone. Take each day one day at a time, and know that things WILL get better, just give it some time. 🤗
