If it is hard for you to get therapy or psychiatric care, go to your regular doctor (if you have one) and explain that you need help. They can do basic screenings and start typical medications. Game changer for me

You need to go to See a Family psychologist and if your symptoms is very bad that it requires medication you need to go see a psychiatrist

Often getting a professional diagnosis is a matter of the money you have to do so. If you relate to a lot of the signs and symptoms, you can start searching up avenues to be seen. There are a lot of good online options as far as evaluations, or simply contacting a provider. If you think you have depression, my best advice is to consume content related to managing and knowing more about it. Firsthand experience has been a lifesaver for me to rationalize my thoughts about my own experience with this.
