I have been diagnosed with depression for awhile now and I'm worried it's getting worse as time goes on. I get angry alot at the tiniest of things and I'm worried that I'm going to lose my girlfriend over it as it is already pushing her away. it doesn't even have to be big things it can just be something small and I'll go from being just fine to being super angry. I want to know if anyone else is having the same problem or may have a solution.

Anger is derived from sadness. The thing or situation that you're getting angry at is a manifestation of the subconscious feelings. You're not actually That mad at the guy who cut you off, road rage is a good example of anger manifesting from something you repressed. Dig deep and see where these feelings originate. There's always a cause. Changing perspectives can help analyze why that person did the thing they did, and why you reacted the way you did.
I would say talk to your doctor about it because medications can sometimes cause it. In the meantime try to learn how to manage the anger when it comes and find a healthy outlet for it.
