No love- it drove you crazy. You went through an exhausting trauma. Your brain tries to protect you from the bad memories sometimes and you just feel like you're insane but you're not. You are valid. You are real. You are strong 💕💕

Toxic people have a gift of making us feel like we are the crazy ones or that we are to blame for their horrific actions. It's a slow acting Poison that effects our minds for years to come, sometimes forever despite getting help. What I can best suggest is to tell yourself you weren't the crazy one, you were the victum. Scream or vent to a mirror or empty space, write a letter expressing all the things you never got to say to them, if you truly thing you were the crazy one ask yourself why you were the crazy one in compared to them? How did you end up under this bus when they belong there? Why believe or blame yourself to be the crazy one, the one in the wrong? Those hidden injuries we collect that no one can see, they are deep and sometimes never fully heal. But we didn't make them, they did.
