How do you guys handle with stress or someone raising their voice at you. If I’m stressed I mostly just start to slow down and try to concentrate about why I am stressed but doing that I get sidetracked and am more stressed because of that. When someone raises their voice at me I mostly cry and I don’t know why. Any tips?

Maybe just ask that person can we talk about this without you raising your voice like that. And if they don't listen try to go into a calm place by yourself and calm down for a while then go back and try to talk to them again calmly.
