Dealing with Unwanted Flashbacks and Bad Memories
I'm currently dealing with unwanted flashbacks and bad memories from the past. No matter how many times I've tried stopping it, it keeps coming back. How do I get rid of them?

My suggestion is medication. Ask your doctor about Prazosin. It's specifically prescribed for PTSD symptoms, and it has helped me tremendously.
