work has been ridiculously stressful for me lately. I've been there for a year now, working my way up to a management position. now the newer people are being considered and I'm having some serious self-doubt. I'm starting to convince myself that I'm not good enough, even though I'm told by other coworkers that I deserve it above anyone. how can I push through and prove myself when I don't believe in myself?

@Porkbun could not have said it better myself. This is where it starts 100% I know it sounds so cheesy but it really does make a world of difference

I think the first steps to believing yourself are stopping the cycle of talking down at yourself. Like when you notice yourself doing it tell yourself to stop. I know this may sound annoying but have u tried positive affirmations in place of negative self talk? Like if u catch urself saying something mean to yourself replace it with an affirmation

@Porkbun thank you, I've been trying to intercept my negative thinking. it's harder sometimes, but it's a work in progress
