Dealing with Reproductive Cysts and Acne

I have a pretty severe issue with cysts that doesn't seem to be getting any better. I had an issue with getting ovarian cysts all throughout my teenage years and still occasionally get them, although much less since ive been on T, so ive been considering I might have PCOS but on top of that I also get Bartholomew's cysts (another reproductive cyst, more rarely) I get tiny cysts in my earlobes, and cystic acne so bad it leaves holes in my body every few weeks since i was about 17 years old. I've brought them up to a dr a few times but because most of them are minor ones in my ears it hasn't gone anywhere. I'm also wondering if it's a symptom of something like Lupus or something that im already being tested for or diagnosed with that no one told me about. Does anyone have any similar experiences? Advice?
