I've suspected myself of having either PCOS or Endo for almost a year, main symptoms are acne and bad breakouts that often scar along the inside of my thighs. I have always had shorter periods (5 days is usually the most) and never thought about it being a symptom of something until recently. I don't want to turn all my focus to Googling my symptoms, god knows that won't end well, so if someone could offer some advise/guidance I'd really appreciate it.

Unfortunately only a doctor can diagnose you. I think blood tests can detect PCOS, but laparoscopy is the the only way to diagnose endometriosis.
