Dealing with PCOS, Migraines, and Severe Back Pain

so.. I think I have PCOS and something else? I've been on birth control for 3-4 years now due to ovarian cyst, irregular periods, heavy flows, etc. I also grow hair in abnormal places, can't lose weight.. I haven't had a period since I started birth control, and I was told it's rare, but can happen with the birth control I'm on so no worries there. I stopped having cramps as well for those 3-4 years only for them to start back up a month ago leaving me in massive amounts of pain. I have a history of migraines as well, but only one every 2-3 times in a month. I've been having them everyday for about 2 weeks. The most concerning thing about all of this to me is the back pain. I'm experiencing pain so bad in my lower back and legs that I can barely walk/stand for more than 5 minutes. I began experiencing back pain occasionally at age 8 (10 years ago) but nothing this severe. I can't really keep myself sitting up without killing my back so I have to be propped up on pillows. If I walk for more than an hour my legs just about give in and I collapse. I went to the ER about all of this the other night and they gave me shots of toradol, some prescription meds and sent me home. Im still very worried as they didn't even so much as look at my spine. I've never had any major issues with standing/walking before so why now all of a sudden? I don't know. I'm at a loss. I'm worried it won't get better and I'll be stuck practically bed ridden. I'm scared tbh.
