Dealing with PCOS and Hormonal Fluctuations

Hello! Lucy here:) I've been going through very odd cycles and hormonal fluctuations this past year. Even with my PCOS diagnosis, I was able to have a normal cycle previously for a few years without birth control pills. Lately, my cycles are more frequent/earlier than they should be, and I've been having a lot of breakouts (even with topical treatments and spironolactone). I go through times where my herbal supplements and remedies are working, but lately they just don't seem to help the way that they used to. Any helpful advice or ideas are greatly appreciated! I've been debating to get back on birth control pills just because I have low progesterone signs and symptoms. Also, would love to share my helpful remedies that have helped me in the past!
