For me pain is about redirecting myself. Easier said than done, harder some days than others. Find something to distract your mind. A book, tik tok, netflix, call a friend and ask them to tell a story, listen to a podcast, force yourself to sit in a cofree shop and become engrossed in your surroundings. Thats usually how i try to pull myself out of pain. May or may not be helpful

hello! hope you’re doing okay today❤️ for me, it really depends on the day. some days when the pain is a little less, i try to move my body enough without pushing past the limit. for me this looks like taking a short walk. on days when it’s worse, i try to do in bed yoga that is super gentle on my joints. i’ve found that the more consistent i am with moving my body a little bit each day, the less my pain is long-term. obviously everyone’s body is different, so we have to know our limits and not push ourselves:)
