Try to talk to your therapist and walk them through it step by step what happened and what was said because you could have interpreted something a different way than it was meant and that is where the trigger stems from, so hopefully once y'all can identify the triggers, you can learn coping mechanisms for them, this could be stemming from CPTSD, sending you prayers 💕
