Yes happens to me a lot especially when I'm not properly medicated.

Hi, I have always been a random crier. I cry at sad things, happy things, memories and occasionally nothing at all. I accept and embrace that about myself. Mood swings still come, but rarely, thanks to a good med combo and a couple years of stability. I also see an individual counselor and attend a bipolar group weekly, so I check in with people regularly about my mood shifts and triggers. I try to remind my self that my mood swinging is temporary and watch out for anything triggering me. Let me know if you'd like to chat.
I want to cry when I get the chest feeling of not being understood. And then the people/person i need the most isn't there for me.

Yes, if I start crying I can’t stop, and it’s gotten worse. I just keep crying, I’ll cry myself to sleep, sleep cry, and wake in the morning, crying.
Yes. Lately I’ve been getting crying fits and I don’t know why but I guess it is normal
All the time. Especially when I'm overwhelmed or angry.
