        @SaraWhitney I struggle lately. Sometimes I can feel a change coming in the way my body feels and I know to pay attention. But here lately it has been swinging mood after swinging mood. Will wake up with a totally different mindset than when I went to bed. No warning. Just wake up down and depressed or full of energy and irritated with everything
