I'm 32, and I started getting menapausrs symptoms in my 30s. I'm now well and truly going through it, also on injections that force all gyny to shut down. so without doubt, I'm going through it. My issue is when older people discuss menapause, there's a lot of sympathy, a lot of awareness, and it can be hell (esp with all the menapause laws & petitions, etc.. going on here in the uk) I've been told by surgeon these injections are "like menapause on acid x5" but when I mention symptoms I'm getting alot of the symptoms (aswell as dealing with not being able to have kids) but when I mention symptoms, there's a lot of eye rolling and dealing with it. I was in a room with a lady late 50s early 60s maybe who also has just started and she was saying how hard she's finding ìt and there was so much sympathy, understanding, hugs, helpful ideas etc and I just thought at that age you no its coming. mine was a complete shock dealing with cysts & twisting and endo causing, excruciating pain. I didn't ask for this at all

It seems that you are experiencing menopause symptoms at a younger age than most women, and it can be challenging to receive understanding and support from others. It's important to remember that everyone's experience with menopause is different, and seeking support from those who can empathize with your situation can be helpful in coping with the physical and emotional changes.
