Concerned about Early Menopause

Anybody potentially starting early menopause...at the perimenopause stage? It runs in my family. My mum started at 36 my nan and 40....I'm nearly 34. For the last nearly 12 months, my menstrual cycle has been all over the place...from a day late to weeks late....I'm sterilised so no chance of there being early miscarriages etc. Also, since my 1st monthly at 12 years old my cycle has always been 28 days...even returning to that after having my children. My gp doesn't seem to take it seriously. My mum is still going through it really bad with anxiety, brain fog....all the bad symptoms of menopause you can get...she's getting them.
