Dealing with Memory Loss and Confusion

i can at least understand what you’re going through, for a few weeks or even a month i couldn’t remember where i was or who i was with. i don’t really remember what helped me, but i just want you to know that i can relate somewhat. i think the bracelet is a really good idea, and maybe having someone who knows you well give you reminders when you get confused might help. wishing you the best ❤️
