How do you manage brain fog and the anxiety around it? I feel like everyday I am sleepwalking through my own life, and I worry that I’ll feel like this forever.

Medication has helped some, I do feel like I still deal with brain fog pretty regularly but the meds have helped a lot. And I also get anxiety about it. I do my best to keep lists of things I need to remember or do

I hear you. It feels like you aren’t yourself, don’t have access to your brain and what you feel you should be able to do. Try to take one step at a time and get people in your corner. I take a stimulant and that helps. I am on an anti inflammatory diet and that helps. I have a supportive spouse and that helps. All little things. It can be better. Hang in there ❤️

@Kira_Elyse thank you. That genuinely makes me feel better. I do find that being with people I love makes me forget for a moment ❤️
