how do you guys deal with intrusive thoughts? mine seem to be getting worse

      i usually just think about the outcome of what would happen. if you really think about it, you will realize it’s not worth it. then try to do something to get ur mind of if it, so you don’t have a episode.

      Mine are currently getting worse too. I’m not really sure, I don’t know how much you can really do to prevent them. I physically shake them off and say F off and it does help a little. They are separate from me. I also try to immediately focus on and engage with something else

      Mine are bad. I’m in meds that work but not 100% of the time

      Journaling and yoga help. I’ve recently started to go to the sauna to relax and meditate. It helps a lot to be active
