Dealing with Health Anxiety: Anyone Else Struggling?

Google is my enemy , especially now. Has me thinking I have bladder cancer or ovarian cancer 🙄

I definitely have health anxiety. I've learned also to never Google your symptoms. You'll always be dying.

Did you get any of those things checked out by your doctor.

Yes!! Mainly Cancers but also tooth issues, heart stuff, etc. one time I got vertigo and it gave me a literal mental breakdown. It didn’t go away for almost a month and I started to panic because I thought it wasn’t going away. Then I started to get depersonalization and mild paranoia even after the vertigo went away. Also had breathing problems for almost a year after. Not sure exactly what happened I’m wondering if most of it was anxiety induced but I’m so scared of that happening again lol

I used to have cardiac phobias but now it's just cancer . I've self diagnosed myself with just about every form of cancer for 16 years 🥴 I pray we can live normal lives one day , I would love that feeling ❤

Ever since I got injured from the vaccine, I have been getting SO anxious about getting infected with COVID, and feel like I am going to relapse once I get it. I’m not ready to “move on” and I wish other people held out a little longer for those of us with pre-existing…or in my case…new immune issues.

More like always thinking whatever I have is cancer or some deadly disease 😕
