I’ve been dealing w grief regarding my best friend leaving me, and right now I’m very very angry about everything. How do I deal with this and move on from it?

Ok I meant have them explain* not example 😭
Personally I would take time to grieve. At some point though you will have to snap out of it. Some things that I do is realizing that people come and go in life. Yes it’s hard to let go but someone better does always come along. Most importantly take care of yourself. Distract yourself with hobbies or people or even revisit old things you used to enjoy. Feed your mind with positive thoughts and when you become to angry or sad hold your breath relax your mind and let go. Another one I do is doing crosswords puzzles because it directs my focus. And when you’re more level headed and ready on your own terms, you can always reach out to the person to have them example themselves for some closure so you can move on. I hope this helps and even if you like you’re always welcome to reach out for more advice! Stay strong!! 😊😊
