Struggling with Attachment Issues and Moving On

Anybody has any advice on attachment issues and moving on? I've been struggling a lot with friendships/relationships, and I haven't been able to move on from them recently. I always feel guilty and think that it's my fault.

      Pick a small hobby. For me I have been struggling with the loss of my sister and my gf breaking up with me and every day I just want to do nothing and wither away in the dark but that won't make the pain go away. But my hobby has been helping me get through all of this and has been helping me cope with my mistakes that I made with my gf well ex gf

      I understand. I'm still stuck on my ex even though I know he's toxic. Think deep down and think, are they hurting or helping me in my life. I'm not too good at it myself but I find this method helps. I hope it can help you too. Just because they may have been great in the past, doesn't mean that they are going to stay that way. You can always leave
