I tried to stay busy! I would have my friends and I go out, and get snacks or go to the beach or something. Of course tho, distractions can’t be the whole thing, I would also talk to my friends about how I felt to allow for emotional release <3

As much as it sucks, time is the best remedy. Surround yourself with a good support system and just try to tough through it and each day it'll get a little less painful. Maybe try and rediscover hobbies too, or pick up something new like writing or painting.
