hey ~ i'm often frustrated with myself for being in pain and debilitated so frequently, and often because theres no concise reason why. what helps you if/when you feel frustrated with your pain?

      I like to do something good for my body. It could be yoga or making a healthy smoothie. Whenever I get frustrated I know my body is too at the pain. And I think that doing something for you and your body usually helps :)
