dissociation after a big fight with someone you love. I'm pretty sure this is normal it just is irritating apparently being triggered with yelling or rage scarce the living heck out of me even if it's minor.

      Completely relate. My experience is anytime I was yelled at or my parent got angry I'd have a panic attack and then I'd be mistreated for having that panic attack. I was told I was just being dramatic crying and if I couldn't stop I got beaten. So between the negative association I have with yelling and rage and the horrible experiences I think about when I have a panic attack it's very hard to speak up for myself when I feel like I'm being disrespected or to be able to have a conversation when someone's just trying to have a healthy confrontation because the second their tone shifts I become triggered and terrified. Learning to break that cycle and change the reflex that has been engraved in every ounce of my being is very trying and very difficult.
