Dealing with Diarrhea on a Keto Diet

I've had diarrhea for about three weeks. Have been on keto diet for 4 months. Occasionally I am constipated, so I know this could be IBS. But this is getting really old!! Should I be worried??

      @Tapgal Yes are you having any other symptoms have you had a colonoscopy or endo before?

      You should let your doctor know about your symptoms Especially if they don’t get better… normally you will be referred to a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis. I’ve been dealing with this for two years finally have an appointment for a edonoscooy next week.

        @JackieBrown I am due for both colonoscopy and upper endoscopy in a year but maybe I should see if my dr will move them up....
