Remedies for Chronic Diarrhea?

Any remedies for chronic diarrhea? Undiagnosed, but I believe I may have IBS.

I have had many many episodes of chronic diarrhea. I was finally diagnosed with c-diff. It is an infection in your intestines. It is caused by taking antibiotics and being immunocompromised. I actually have even had a fecal transplant because of it, then it came back 2 years later because of antibiotics.
