Dealing with Chronic Illness: Supplements, Pain Meds, and Fatigue

are there any supplements you take to help your condition? How do you find the motivation to get things done? What pain medications have you found that help you the best? I'm in physical therapy for my bone-on-bone right knee, and my left shoulder for severe muscle wasting and the humerus is to high up in the joint. Also I have recurrent pancreatitis, they don't know yet I'd it's chronic, but I'm on creon. For those with pancreatitis how long before you could get to 25%-30% calories from food. I've tried but I get a mild/moderate flare up each time and just go on liquids, soft foods and fat free protien shakes and fairlife fat free milk. How do you deal with the fatigue from lupus ELS and flares and fibromyalgia and flares? ask me anything! I'm an open book.

I'm not on any kind of meds, just a daily vitamin plus extra D3. Getting things done takes my a while.

creon, but now I'm having liver issues, they think I have autoimmune hepatitis. I'm not sure if any of that is plays off each other. I'm still trying to figure out how much creon I need to take for meals and snacks without getting constipated.
