Dealing with Borderline Rage: Anyone Else?

Yess I completely get that. I’m aware that I’m getting to angry and that I should stop but the anger just keeps me going like I just gotta argue. Good to know I’m not the only one

Nope I have borderline rage too! Anything will set me off. Like sometimes the tv won’t turn on and I’ll get mad idk why but i just do. Or if my hair just won’t stay the way I want it to I’ll cry out of rage! I see it happening I see myself escalating in an argument sometimes but I just want it to keep going but I know deep inside I don’t but I keep it going Bc I’m so mad. I’m not sure if it’s the same for you but yeah:/
