I quit my job because I got a new one but that one didn’t work out. Now I am starting a new one and I am having such bad anxiety even though it is a simple job that involves driving (which I love). Does anyone have any tips on how to handle the anxiety? it feels paralyzing and it is impacting my school and social life. It’s to the point at the end of the day I can’t stop crying.
