Dealing with Job Stress and Anxiety

I'm dealing with the stress of starting new jobs and quitting my old job which I only lasted one day at. but I need to leave bc its awful. any advice on how to deal with anxiety of quitting a job and having to start new ones? I'm also freaking worried about money and paying rent even though I do have help, I feel really guilty for accepting that help.
