I've been trying to gain weight for years and haven't had much success with keeping it unless I work out too much and eat 12 times a day, the problem is neither of those are a possibility anymore and the advice my old nutritionist gave me (eat lots of junk food, pasta, red meat, extra butter, etc) is doing nothing. Does anyone know of anything that might actually help? I'm currently 108 lbs and need to be at least between 135 and 180
