Doses anyone find it hard to gain weight and keep it on. This morning I weighted myself and I was 106.6lbs. I'm 19 years old. My BMI is a 16.6 which is considered unhealthy. I don't know how to gain weight. I workout everyday and my job is very active. Sometimes I can eat really good and there are other days I have trouble eating or don't want to eat anything. Anyone have any advice ?

Intake more calories than you expend, which can be really easy or really difficult. Try liquid calories as they can be easier to get down when you don’t feel up to eating.
