      Yes I have heard of it for I have it too. Everytime someone starts starting at the I feel like they are judging me and also if I see people looking at me and starts laughing I feel like they are laughing at me. I hate it but I have not found a way to cope with it do you have any suggestions for it I am so sorry you deal with it too if you ever need to talk about it feel free to message me

        @DragonLady47 Thanks and I'm sorry you feel it too. I'm much better than I used to be but when I was really bad with anxiety & depression years ago I couldn't look at anyone in the eyes close to me as in my family & friends, I felt like they were staring straight through my eyes into my bloody soul it was horrible. Not sure if it's on the border of paranoia. Xx
