      @kay3 I'm not sure what helps honestly I just try to ignore it but when I have this feeling in my chest it's really hard for me to come out of it.

      Y E S and you have no idea why you're scared, you just feel super paranoid and jumpy out of no where for seemingly no reason.

      It always happens unexpectedly and I usually end up fidgeting and trying to get my mind to a calm state again but my brains like WE MUST WORRY ABOUT SOMETHING
