Has anyone done DBT and have you seen benefits?

      Yeah, I've done DBT, and it's helped a little bit. Certain skills help more than others, some don't help at all, it's different for everyone. There's 4 different modules in DBT, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. I'd say it's definitely worth a shot to try it out. You never know if something is going to help. The skills I recommend are DEARMAN, which helps with communication, and WAVE, which is a part of the distress tolerance module.
