I went to DBT for over a year and it saved my life. Still have so much stuff to work through and now that I’m out of DBT and therapy, I have more of my symptoms. But DBT is definitely worth the time and money

I just started DBT group therapy in addition to my individual CBT therapy and I think the skills we work on are very helpful for BPD. It’s just a matter of actually using the things you learn in DBT; I struggle with that when I get into a bad BPD episode and tend to forget all of the things I was taught. For smaller things it’s definitely helped me come a long way

Yep. Even when my BPD spirals, having those tools learned from therapy seriously helps come out of it quicker
