Struggling with Side Effects of Tamoxifen and Zoladex

For hot flashes, I started using cooling pillows and cutting back on caffeine, which helped a bit. For the emotional side of things, keeping a journal helped me process my feelings.

I should say I'm in Tamoxifen too.

Hi I was on Prostap, which is very similar to Lupron. The side effects weren't easy to say the least. I found some things helped a little. What specifically are you experiencing? I'm Helen by the way 🙂
