Struggling with Menopause: Seeking Advice

Need lady help. Anyone going through awful menopause? How are you dealing with it? I feel very depressed and massive anxieties. Uff this is difficult to deal with.

There's prescription that help a lot... Even using both control pills help but could bring your menses back. I've avoided medications and switched to soy products and other plant estrogens... Check at your health food store. I'm 21 yrs post menopausal and have "warm" flashes yet. Most other symptoms have stopped. 🙏🏻☮️🇺🇲🎶
