Effective Solutions for Hair Loss and Baldness

I'd like to know the answer to that question too. Maybe I always had thinnish hair but it's curly so it used to be more easy to hide. In my late 40s and now I'll be 55 october 23rd. Not so much. I've shaved my hair several times thinking it would grow back better. Pretty much the same. I've been told male pattern baldness and alopecia I suffer. And I've developed cysts on my scalp that when I get ocd about it , I rub and pick at and they bleed then I stop. Anyway, wondering of any other females deals😥 with the sucky hair situation. 🤔
