Dealing with Hair Loss: My Struggle

i now have a bald spot on my head from hair loss, it's been thinning for a while now but I hoped it'd never get this far. I can't cover it up unless my hair stays down. I don't know how to deal with it honestly.

I have a hair pulling disorder and my lupus is making it hard to regrow the hair i have pulled. So ive resorted to just shaving my head. Imma be honest, i feel better having it shaved. When i dont shave, i dont wanna leave my house or do anything outside. Having my head shaved really gave me freedom
