Hello! In order to deal with my illnesses and such, I’ve had to take on somewhat of a loose daily routine, such as stretching, making sure I get in some rest time, meditating, etc. Do you have any things that you do daily to deal with your day to day struggles?

My dogs help me a LOT. Since they’re living, I have to take them out and feed them. They also make me get outside and go on a walk/run. They help tremendously with my motivation - I can’t just lock myself up all day. I’m moving out this august (they’re family dogs) and the motivation dogs provide is one of the reasons I’m working on getting a service dog (amongst other reasons as well)

Journaling!! I have some mental disorders thst greatly affect my mood, and keeping a daily journal has really helped me process my emotions
