LISTS— I make detailed to do lists to help me make free time for the things I love. I try to keep the list around a certain number of tasks to avoid overworking myself and to make sure i have ample extra time in case something goes wrong. I write down things I want to do in my free time as well, so I can choose from that when the time comes

Faith, support system, my decrepit little old dog, I’m not in a position to have a job due to my health but I always do my best in my school and internship and trying my best makes me happy, hobbies (art, games), I hate cleaning but having a clean room makes me feel much better, keeping my appointments organized on my phone colander, making sure to take my medication, and following my diet. Now that I’m healthy enough, I plan on integrating really short 5 min workouts into my week because when I was younger being active always provided me with dopamine.
