Color by Number App: My ADHD Therapy

A color by number app has been very therapeutic for my ADHD. It brings me in and trains me to focus on minute details, but also lets my mind wander. I've been using it also when I calm down before bed (even though the blue light isn't great) because it lets my mind get out all the nasty tracks it likes to run down while I'm coloring something cute and or pretty which makes those nasty tracks seem less realistic. It's also been helping my perfectionist tendencies a bit because the one I've been using makes an animation at the end of the picture filling in in the order you colored it, and sometimes I hit the wrong spot and it's not in the order I intended and there's no undo, and most of the time in the animation at the end I can't even tell because it's one spot out of hundreds. It's nice.
