The most helpful change in dealing with my adhd was buying a piano for my apartment. I noticed whenever I was procrastinating, I’d only be wasting my time on my phone or watching YouTube videos. While those things are nice, too much screen time gets me feeling like shit. Once I started learning to play piano, I had a creative outlet to procrastinate with!
